Good experienced staff, except goods I bought came in two boxes. Had to make two trips. I didn't see 1 of 2 marked on box. Partially my fault then.

I never shop here if i don't have too. Poor customer service. Other kent locations are better then this 1, they seem to scatter in this location when your looking for help.

Not sure if it’s PEI people in general but the staff and cashier were super helpful and happy. The garden centre ladies were also amazing. Thanks so much keep up the great work.

Girl at front cash was not helpful nor did she offer any help. She became visibly offended when I suggested she find someone to assist me..the women who did assist me was very well informed and helpful. She knew from personal experience the product she was selling, she offered good suggestions and i felt confident with her advice .I thought the girl from cash could have shown more interest and listened to what the sales women said , so in future she could help another customer, but she clearly was working the cash only" and anything else was beyond her scope of limited knowledge that would sadly remain limited"

Basically impossible to talk to an associate over the phone about orders. Poor to return calls. Regretted dealing with them. Always great in person to deal with.
