HORRIBLE customer service. Talked to different people including a guy named Ben about opening up an account but all of them were absolutely RUDE and ARROGANT. Also, these guys will really push you to deposit thousands of dollars in every way possible for renting anything. How does a business like this still exist? Don't contact these guys, they will treat you like a criminal, not a customer.

There are not a lot of companies that can frustrate me like hi-tech glazing. Ordered items and they messed up my order 2 times! They don't want to correct it! Still waiting for the correct parts Also when they should have credited my Visa they charged me again! When i shipped the wrong items back they said they could not find it and did not wanted to credit my visa. Luckily i saved the waybill and i could proof i have send the items back. If i would have lost it they would have charged me again. Every single step from, order, payment, customer service to correcting the problem they have failed! It is nearly impossible to mess up this manny times, but they did. If you order from this company be ready to deal with a lot of frustrations and try to get the right items is just a pain. How hard can it be to ship out the right order. How hard can it be to correct the wrong shipment and send out the right items. I would not use the amateurs again. I would give 0 starts but that is not a option.Good luck dealing with them because after weeks of emailing back and forth it is still not resolved!

Worst customer service ever! After several follow-ups, I still couldn't get a quote for what I was asking. Took me 2 months and I gave up. Tried calling Ben but it's so hard to get a hold of him. I only needed 4 pcs and they probably they don't care about retail transactions nor anybody. Shouldn't open a business when you don't want business.

I have never heard of this place until recently. The service I received from Lucas was exceptional. And the follow up to my failed attempt at solving my handle problem was even better. He went above and beyond. Calling me back several times and exchanging multiple emails. He finally recommended a company come look at it as a last resort. Hw made every effort to help despite not selling me anything. A contracter he recommended came and quoted me. Thanks for the help Peter.

I didn't go into their physical store but ordered online. This was the only place that was selling OEM patio door parts to the general public. Specifically, the Vanguard Plastics door handles used on patio doors. Ordering was easy and painless. The order was sent via Fedex and showed up the next day. I'd definitely order from them again - at least the online part.

Very helpful staff! Found all the parts and supplies needed for a shower repair here. Would shop here again in the future. Highly recommended for glass and repair supplies.

Customer service is outstanding. Christie and the sales staff at Hitech have gone above and beyond to provide the best service in the glazing industry. She has every product code memorized and know just what you need for any job. Hopefully the new Richelieu owner will notice this exceptional staff.

A wealth of experience here in the Glazing industry. They are not setup for retail however, this is a wholesale only business. If you are in the glass/glazing or window business then this supplier is a must! They have a wide range of glass hardware options for showers - railings - wine rooms and more plus a full selection of window and door products.
