Limited timmies but since the mall is attached to the Hilton, it's super convenient. The mall has an interesting motif itself, never too busy and never got my order wrong.

Oh, my God. This Tim Hortons seems to be unable to provide service training. Upload the second complaint. On Friday, April 21, around 11:30 am, the children and I went to Tim Hortons again after the swim meet. One of my kids wanted a farmer's wrap, but I ordered a farmer's chicken wrap by mistake. A cashier named Ress is a farmer's chicken wrap? I laughed and said there was no such thing, and I changed it to sausage. After that, she told the woman next to her a chicken wrap and kept laughing. Does she laugh like that when a customer makes a mistake in her order? I felt so bad for her that I went to her kitchen and told her to come out and tell me her situation. Her response was ok sorry. She said her name is ress, and she wants you to take action right away. I saw rats there and got bad customer service twice. Tim Hortons please fix it ASAP

Served cold dark roast coffee... ask for hot, then told me to wait for 5 min or take other coffee. I took original blend and guess what it was also cold and not even apologise.

Tim Hortons is always dependable. Their lines can get long if you're there while the people from Brunswick tower are having their coffee break and at lunch time with the school kids

Poor selection, long wait times and they usually run out of ingredients REALLY quickly. I tend to avoid Tim Hortons due to an overwhelming number of bad experiences I've had with them, but decided to give them a shot again today - nope, bad idea. They took my order, proceeded to tell me that they had no grilled chicken available, and then gave me 2 crispy chicken snackwraps instead of the 2 normal grilled chicken wraps I ordered. Returned it to them, they took them back, and I repeated 2 or 3 times no tomatoes please" and saw it show up on the screen. They informed me I would need to wait 10 minutes for the chicken

I'll give this location a four because they do service customers very quickly. If you go at what people would consider a normal break/lunch time, it's very busy. Despite it being busy, ive never experienced them running out of what I wanted. If you are looking to sit down and chat while you have your coffee this isnt the place for you. Limited seating in a high traffic area.

Ordered grill cheese for granddaughter, had no bread,cashier suggested I go to another Timmy's:(.Then overcharged me for my order.Thanks to the sandwich maker for noticing the error Two stars for the sandwich maker :)
