Mr Water Heater

I called Dan and he asked me some simple questions over the phone and gave me a quote significantly less than two other competitors. From there we corresponded via text message. Dan showed up right on time, protected my carpet, completed the job in timely manner. He provided a permit, receipt and written warranty. I paid exactly what he quoted me. I highly recommend Dan for hot water tank replacement.

Our water heater broke this long weekend, yay! Two days no hot water. I called Mr Water Heater this morning and they told me that they could install a new tank today between 1-3pm today, hurray!. Dan arrived at 12:30, a half hour early, how about that!Dan was a gentleman and was so efficient & tidy. He laid cover-up protection down on all of our floors where he had to travel back and forth, I was so pleasantly surprised. He left everything so clean.They stuck to the exact amount that they quoted me over the phone for the tank and install, although there were a few small alterations to accommodate a larger tank. For this extra work their additional charges were so reasonable it was nuts!These guys are true pro's!(Oh, this is the 2nd time we've used them, both times were a positive experience)

Wish I had had a chance to shop around.Woke up to a flooded basement , mopped up the mess best as possible the phoned Mr. Water TankBefore I ran off to work.The three stars are for the quick service my Wife said they where very punctual.However $1476.00 seems very excessive for a four hour job.I was quoted closer to $1300.00 but two small modifications which did not seems to be part of a new install Added an extra $120.00 to the already high bill.

Great to deal with both on the phone and in person! They answered all my questions right away and they were able to adapt to my work schedule and come that same week!Dan was friendly, on time and explained everything we needed to know about the water heater. He put down blankets to protect our floors and didn't leave any mess behind.As a young woman living in an apartment in the city, I feel uneasy having contractors I don't know in my home, but Mr Water and Dan made me feel nothing but 100% comfortable and informed. Contacted on Saturday, i wasnt home when they returned my call. I forwarded the info regarding my water tank on saturday. I only received an answer Sunday evening with - we do not deal with those tank. I just wanted my 8 years old electric heater replaced. Phoned another company on Monday that took care of it same day. I wish i had contraced the other company first.

Our water heater started to leak Thursday afternoon and Dan from Mr Water Heater was at our home installing a new water heater the next morning. Really appreciated how quickly they could come and do the job. Dan was professional and clearly experienced, and I appreciated that he laid down cardboard to protect our floors. Cost was reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Water Heater. Excellent company!

My water 40 US gallon gas fired water heater started leaking 3 days prior to Christmas. Mr. Water Heater was quick on getting a replacement and completed the installation the next day morning. I have replaced the water heater with a John Wood 40 Gal heater (1295/-), the overflow drain pan (79/-), replaced the Pressure releasing valve which has gone bad (69/-), Gas permit (69/-) and total material (217/- looks like a percentage from the bill, I guess) and total came to 1587.60 for the next day completion. Replacement did not qualify for the Fortis rebate and I was told about that prior to the job. Gail from their office was nice and thorough on all details and questions I have asked before the job. Everything happened quickly and efficiently. On site, Dan did a great job. Will call them again for future services.
