On multiple occasions I have requested parcels to be placed in parcel lockers due to my working hours it's difficult for me to pick up parcels that I need to bring a slip inside and pick up at the desk, this continues to be a frustration to the point I'm changing my shipping address to a different post office that I will be able to access within operating hours. As well as I recieve failed delivery notices after checking my doorbell cameras there has been no attempt to deliver anything to the home this is disappointing.
