My first time shopping online with JR Toy Company and I found the experience to be good - finding the product I wanted on the site was easy, checkout felt about as good as any other mainstream store I buy from. There was coupon for $5 off my first purchase (for signing up to their mailing list) which was nice! Shipping was fast. Product was well packed and I received another coupon. Emails confirming purchase and notifying my of shipping were as expected. I have nothing to complain about!

Not the greatest experience with the company on my second order. First off, my first order is still not processed but my second order is shipped with an item that was back order. Called the office, spoke with woman explained my situation on the item for the SO SOAP FACTORY about when it was as coming in. She called me back, told me not before Christmas. That's fine, no refund needed and to have a safe trip. After speaking withher about 2hrs or less, was checking me email saw they refunded it to me without my knowledge and knowing until I saw my email.Not the best customer service, wonderful prices and their office, online, in-store and warehouse are not all on the same page. my first order is still not shipped. I sent three emails to their customer service about the situation and what I want done.

Had a great experience with JRToys! My order came within two days of ordering during the Christmas session. When I contacted customer service about a flaw in the packaging, Natasha was amazing. She got back to me and resolved the issue for me within the hour. Amazing customer service and an overall fantastic shopping experience.

Online shopping experience was easy and well organized. My order arrived within 2 days! Was expecting it to take much more then that. I did have two (out 7) products that arrived either damaged or defective. However my email to costumer service was quickly replied too, friendly, effective and efficient in resolving the issues. They sent me two replacements which also arrived in 2days time! I'm still waiting for my new ink cartridge too arrive so that I can print out my return address label to return the damaged products. But should be here Monday at least.I'm very pleased. Especially with the products as they are not like the average general type toys you'd see. They are much cooler, creative, and fun.
