I can just say they are a fantastic dealer, Isadore worked with me every step of the way and considering I was out of province (Ontario) he provided plenty of extra photos and and answered all of my questions prior to my arrival.My 488 Spider was in fantastic condition on arrival, everything was top notch and I can honestly say this dealer has gone above and beyond and I will be back when I am looking for another.

Excellent service! Micaela went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was squeezed in for a last minute appointment on the same day for a check engine light even though service was fully booked. Everything was resolved at my best interest and the experience at this dealership was miles better than any other Ferrari dealerships I've been to.

Micaela at Service is absolutely the best service staff I have encountered in the FNA network so far. Most importantly, she is very responsive to any questions and always answers them in an expeditious manner with great professionalism. She will always find out the answer for you if she doesn't know.For out of town customers, you should definitely speak with Micaela to discuss your needs and she will take good care of your car/requests. Do be aware that the workshop is usually fully booked up by Fridays and appointments will need 1-2 weeks heads up due to low capacity.Couldn't have asked more from Micaela and her service team at Ferrari Quebec.
