Steve and his team did a GREAT job on a VERY difficult and large roofing project. His estimate was very competitive... they showed up exactly when promised and finished on time. The roof and house look great and he even took some time to point out that we were missing valuable insulation in certain points of the home. Honest company. When 3 other comapnies checked my roof and told me not anything about my roof not needing to be replaced, this company actually sent someone and they spent close to an hour on the roof checking everything and at the end they told me my roof is good for another few years. When my roof does need to be replaced these guys will be the first ones I will call. Very professional and honest.

10 out of 10. Amazing service. Wind damage repaired instantly. Second wind damage shingles turned out to belong to someone else but he was there within 24 hours. Minus 7 in the wind he was on my roof inspecting. Need a roof ? Call Steve at First Choice !!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent job. Showed up right at 7 AM. It took more than a day simply because we got snow. Yes, and it was in May! But the next day they finished in under 2 hours. Cleaned up everything and very quiet.Unlike a neighbour who got a roofing contractor who is now on day 3 and still not finished and the arguing and yelling amongst the workers is unbelievable.Would definitely recommend Steve anytime.

Professional, Punctual, and Friendly.Estimate was very competitive and no “surprises” from the original quote.Great crew who worked well together and even helped me out by getting some pictures of my chimney (for another job) while up on the roof. Did a good job with the site cleanup once done.There was a mixup from the shingle supplier and the wrong colour was sent (no fault of Steve), and he handled it very well and had the correct colour delivered straight away.Little details like taking time to nail in the eavestrough nails that were sticking out, putting sealant on the roof vent nails, and attention to detail on the finishing flashing (sharkstooth) did not go unnoticed by a customer like me. Lots of my neighbours commented when the job was done about how nice the finished product looked and how efficiently and respectfully the work got done.Very pleased!
