I went in to switch the insurance from my old car, which I sold, to my new car. There was a new person working the desk, with an overseer over his shoulder.3 months later I was pulled over with the wrong car registered to my plates!! My old car had not been switched over and was double insured with its new owner and myself.The cop was nice enough to not ticket me and let me go talk to Alpine.Alpine denied the mistake ever happened and even denied that they ever had a new employee, I described him in detail and they said that they don’t recall anyone like that ever working there. It was obvious I had come in to make the change because I had proof of buying my new car that day and selling the old one but the only change showing was that I added collision insurance on my old car.Bob(owner) assured me that if I had been in an accident it would have worked out but denied his employees ever made a mistake or that the employee in question ever worked there to begin with.I’m switching insurance companies, my mom is switching insurance companies, my sister, my dad, and our farm, we are done with Alpine.

The letter I wrote to manager :Don't bother with this insurance company. Awful experience !!!!I regret to inform you that after the way my husband Ben McKim and myself Carol McKim were treated in your office while trying to renew our truck insurance by your insurance broker Sally we will NEVER renew with your company again. I have never in ALL my years of getting insurance been treated so poorly. Absolutely zero customer service skills, RUDE . This was my second encounter with this woman and never again.Grabbing forms out of our hands, telling us hurry up she has an apt to go to when she's off work ! Are you Absolutely kidding me. Not acceptable.You should Absolutely be ashamed at how your customers are being treated.Update:Wow i went to renew my insurance today and sally started screaming at me because i asked if someone else could help me and told me i had no right to make this google review she told me my businness was not welcome and she was calling the police for harrasement. Ive never seen anyone more ignorant in my life.

Switched from Westland insurance for many reasons (and they are all bad ) smaller businesses means they care about their customers and your NOT just another pain in the butt customer like at Westland, we have over 30 different vehicles and trailers insured and they do their best to help keep us organized (not an easy task ) but they work hard for us and they care !! We highly recommend Alpine Insurance

Do NOT go here! We recently moved here from Saskatchewan and went to this particular broker because it was convenient and close to our new home. The purpose of our visit was to register, insure and plate our two vehicles. We had all paperwork required (I had called ICBC ahead of time to make sure of this!), and still, it took nearly TWO HOURS for the agent to complete the process. This included multiple phone calls to ICBC on her part, repetitive questions, and general incompetance. To top it off, she quoted us an astronomical figure for our 5 year old minivan, and when I asked her to check that again, she refreshed her computer screen which brought it down $1500! This makes me not entirely confident in the process and unsure of whether she did in fact get us the correct coverage at the best price. Desperately missing our AWESOME broker back in Regina who made this lady look like she was in Kindergarten. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE! We will not be back.

Sally at Alpine Insurance is a pleasure to deal with. I'm so happy to have found an insurance company that looks out for you, not just their bottom line. Sometimes buying insurance is stressful and Sally makes it easy. You can tell a lot about a person when during my short visit 3 people opened the door to just say hi and everyone that came after me new Sally by name. Thank you for all you do!

Fast friendly service, no bs like Westland. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Bob and the Staff do an excellent job. Always happy to refer someone to Alpine insurance.

I've dealt with quite a few different insurance brokers in my years and honestly I've never been treated so well by Sally at Alpine insurance. She went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate that. I was surprised how many people new her by name and how many people just opened the door to say Hi Sally". She makes you feel like part of her family and that's rare these days! I will never go to another insurance broker as long as Alpine and Sally are in business."
