The technician, Marvin had great customer rapport, and the cleaning process was done to our satisfaction, except for some blackish" stains adjacent to some baseboards (Marvin identified these stains before he started cleaning

We had wall-to-wall carpets in two rooms, upholstery, a small area rug and a large Persian rug cleaned. From the booking process with Kim to the cleaning service with Ben. So professional, pleasant and reasonably priced. Cannot have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Oliva Service for all cleaning needs.

This is the second time we have used Oliva for our carpet cleaning needs. Kim is so accommodating with scheduling. Marvin arrived on time, to clean four rooms of carpets, a couple of rugs & stairs. He explained what could be cleaned, what might be a problem & why. We are very pleased with the cost, service & personnel. Would highly recommend Oliva.

Very pleased with Oliva Service. From the first contact to the very last! Got all the information I needed upon calling, timing was perfect! You can tell Olin is proud of his company and of his staff as well. Had two rugs cleaned and duct cleaning as well! Jeffrey Gaspari did an amazing job ensuring our pets didn’t get too scared and maintained dust to a minimum or none.Very happy and would definitely recommend their services to all my friends! Great service. Jeff arrived on time and did not stop cleaning our broadloom for nearly 3 hours. He also removed some stains that were well over 12 years old.
