I’d give a 0 if I could! They don’t let you book the exam appointments claiming it’s on a first come first serve basis. So, as soon as I arrived, I had to line up on a virtual queue waiting for my name to be called. My expected waiting time was 4 hours in which I ended up waiting 6 hours just to get into the facility. Once I got there, it was another wait to then take test. All in all, I waited over 8 hours to write a simple exam. Very poor system and service. No respect for people’s times whatsoever.

Very poor experience. Estimated wait time said 3 hours online when I joined the queue and it was really 5hrs. When I finally saw someone the told me that I couldn’t write my test as it was past 6:30 it was 6:32 and that I would have to come back the next day then caught a very rude attitude when I calmly and quietly expressed my frustration. This drive test centre is actually a joke. A 1 star is being generous.

Went here by 5.45 am on a weekday. By 6.15 there were about 20+ ppl in queue. They opened the location at prompt 7 am and was able to complete the process for G1 and get out by 7 45 am. Definitely helps being early and ahead in the queue. Inside there is ample space for seating and there are about 35 computers for knowledge test. The Staff I interacted with was relatively friendly. Only downside is that one has to go early to ensure you get timely service. Plan ahead and carry water, charger, and snacks. Some Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. Have to think twice before asking any questions. They have no patience.

Its really busy here. Doesn't matter if you come early or not. There is a QR check-in lineup to save the hassle of waiting outside. They'll send you a text when it's close to your turn. The staff is friendly and willing to help out as much as they could.Highly recommend scanning QR code before coming.

It was all great to take my G exam at that place. All staff were very helpful. The test didn't start late and quickly I got my G license after finalizing the test. I have to mention that the examiner Michael was amazing, very competent, attentive and kind during the whole exam. I had a great experience choosing this place to take my exam.

Officers are so stressed because of people who do not understand English. However, they perform well. My officer was so nice and kind. Some suggestions for future candidates:1- You do not need to go to the drive test centre. Scan the barcode that is here and fill in the name, number and email boxes, so you will see your wait time on the screen.2- Do not go inside the drive test until you get a text message or email.3- When you have a text message or email which tells you the waiting time is 30 minutes you go inside and wait until they call your name.4- After they call your name go to the front desk and say your name and phone number and tell them why you came to the drive test.Note: Don’t waste your time as you go earlier there. It is gonna be beneficial for you and the officers.Good luck

I’ve been here for my G1 & G drive test. Had great experience on both the occasions. Yes the lines are long and you have to be early when going for G1 but it doesn’t take too long once you’re in the center. Make sure to arrive at 6 am. G test was also a great experience. The examiner was little late due to a backlog caused by rush hour traffic but she was professional and lets you do your thing. Only suggestion is to make sure you’re following all the rules and making head movements obvious and you’re going to pass on the first try. Shout out to Sally (examiner).

FOR ANYONE WRITING A G1 KNOWLEDGE TEST:Lineups start well before the centre opens. Be sure to be at this location by 6 AM if you expect to get your test done before noon. Service inside the centre is extremely poor, as only two kiosks remain open, despite there visibly being 5-6 staff doing nothing inside.Signs around the centre state that no threats and violence will be tolerated, leading to refusal of service. Yet, many of the staff are quite rude and refuse to treat customers as humans. Will refuse couples from sitting together, and will happily yell at customers who struggle with English. Don't expect to find a seat. COVID protocols seem fairly stringent, and you may get lucky with a staff member who's not in a bad mood.Your best bet is to come with a family member and have them tag in and out with you as you use the bathroom in the nearby Starbucks. Test is completed on touchscreen monitors so be sure to wash your hands after. Questions from online tests (ex: G1.ca) are sufficient. Software lets you know if you got a question correct/incorrect as you progress through the test, so you know whether you passed or not.
