Zero bedside manner from this staff.We’ve all had ultrasounds at one point in life, and let’s admit it, not a comfortable experience. We have a bladder that’s about to explode, then we are asked to undress from waist down and then we are greeted by an icy cold gel on our bodies. To already be this uncomfortable is annoying already, and then for that to be followed by terrible condescending treatment from the tech is a real sour way to end this experience.This is the experience I had at my latest visit to this location. I already felt the above mentioned unpleasantries. Then I was treated and spoken to with so much annoyance and condescension to my questions and instructions. So fun to be shamed and berated in this manner. *note the sarcasm in my words*Save yourself a shameful experience and go to another location for your ultrasound and xray needs.

I was just here for an ultrasound the girl I had was nasty very rude. If they are wearing a mask and a face covering then why do they need the plexi glass. I know this is a bad time but be nice to your patients if they weren't here you wouldn't have a job. She shouldn't be working, I asked her when the results would be ready and she wouldn't say. Not impressed with this place.

This place is literally the WORST experience I have ever had the lady at the front dest should be fired she is the most ignorant person i have ever met. Not to mention the smell coming from her. PLZ DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. You would think health professionals would be more considerate and sanitary..

Had two appointments for my kids at 9am because there was supposed to be two technicians working. There wasn’t. Not a word, not an apology just an extra 40 minute wait. Ignorant and unreliable. There are other GNMI sites in the city. Use them instead. Stay away from this dump.

If you are pregnant and need an ultrasound - don't come here.The ultrasound tech was extremely rude, there is no bed side manner.We did not want to know the gender of our baby. She knew this, as she asked multiple times during the ultrasound and again before my partner came in the room. She said he" and "his" multiple times and then tried correcting herself that she didn't know the gender. I did in fact have a son. I don't know if she does this intentionally judging from the other reviews

I watched as a women was pretty rude to the lady behind the counter.Your employee was awesome with her. She solved the problem for the patient and was very professional about it.She deserves acknowledgement for a job well done!!!Also the young lady doing my xray was very kind to me. I am in a wheelchair and she was very accommodating!

Linwell X-Ray Centre can be trusted to ensure quality care and compassionate treatment regarding all tests and situations. All of the employees are understanding and do their very best to make test procedures as comfortable and as stress-free as possible. Thank you Linwell, keep up the great service!

We wanted to keep the sex of our baby a surprise. The girl doing the ultrasound asked 3 times then during the ultrasound said he" and "his" numerous times and then stuttered saying she did not know the sex.Along with the attitude given during the process. Very unprofessional and ruined what was suppose to be very special to us."

The only place I’ll go when I need x-rays.The receptionist is a delight, and I’ve always had great experiences with each tech.

I’m Here today with my elderly mother, I parked out front to get her in safely because she has mobility issues. They made sure to mention that I have to move because it’s not a parking space and they did not say it in a nice tone.They are the most miserable “care” professionals I have ever come across. They don’t welcome you, they don’t say thank-you, they clearly hate their jobs.They have a sign on the desk that says rudeness and violence will not be tolerated or they will call the police. That’s a joke as I can see why people get upset.Here they are dealing with the public who have health issues and they are the rude ones. I try to go to the Pelham clinic as much as possible because they are lovely. But, they don’t do ultrasounds so we HAD to come here today.Get new staff please, so unprofessional.
