I worked with Lara B recently from the Surrey Splashes. She was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to show me various options and she was truly interested in what fixtures would work best for our family. She is a great salesperson and such an asset to the location. I would deal and buy from her again.

Great atmosphere, clean and organized showroom layout making it easy for selection. Brandon was a huge help and full of knowledge. Highly recommend the Abbotsford location!

Every time I go into Splashes I have had a positive experience. I appreciate the help that Liriel has provided especially when I find making choices difficult. She has put me at ease during this process.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Brandon for helping me select all my supplies and fixtures for our renovations. The day before I had gone somewhere else and spent 2 hours there only to come out frustrated, upset and ready to cancel our renovations. However after meeting with Brandon everything changed. I gave him my budget and he asked what style I was looking for and within an hour we had everything chosen and I was on my way. I will certainly be recommending Brandon to anyone I know. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Brandon for making my experience so much fun and I am sure I will be back to see you again.

Avoid this place. Nice stuff, horrible customer service. We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, travelled over 1600 kilometres to make it were told ‘Sorry, not going to happen!’This applies only to the Abbotsford store, we will give another ‘splashes’ a chance before deciding if I completely dunk all of them.

One of the most unpleasant customer services I have ever experienced.The item I attempted to order understandably would take three weeks to arrive, however after four weeks I had to inquire into the status of my order.To my disbelief I was informed that the item would require additional time as it had not left the manufacture.The disconnect and lack of updates regarding the order gave me no other option to cancel the order and require a full refund and then to seek out an alternative supplier that would meet my requirements.Splashes Bath & Kitchen, I came to your showroom in the belief that I would receive quality service and product availability.UPDATE AS OF 16/04/2023I received the posted response message from Splashes Bath & Kitchen on 15/03/2023.To this very day 16/04/2023 no manager or any representative from Splashes kitchen & Bath Abbotsford has made any effort to contacted me.I never expected to be contacted and the lack of their action validates my original post.

Literally one of the best buying experiences of my life. Brandon was a rockstar. Great knowledge, great advice. And got me in and out in like 10 minutes while covering off two bathrooms and a kitchen!
