I first used Daryl's services 5 years ago when my mortgage came up for renewal. Daryl's attention to detail, depth of knowledge and thoroughness made it a fantastic experience all around. This year, the mortgage he helped me with 5 years ago is up for renewal and I didn't have to think twice about contacting Daryl to find out my options! Once again, he came through for me with all of the features I requested, with minimal hassle. I have referred friends and clients to Daryl, and wouldn't hesitate to give him my highest recommendation.

It is no wonder that Daryl has a 5.0 rating. I truly cannot imagine any way to improve his service. He was prompt on all business and requests, he was friendly and professional, he explained everything in clear and simple terms, and (probably most importantly) he hunted down an amazing mortgage package with an insanely low rate. I would 100% recommend going with a broker over a bank, and I would 300% recommend going with Daryl, no questions asked.
