I just adore Lori and her family run business. If you want an experience of pampering not only your body but your mind as well, this is the place. They make you feel like gem every single time you visit! And the smell..mmmmm the wonderful smells of organically made products are just heavenly. MIltonMoms love her and that's where I found her. I have been to MANY RMT's in my life (at least 10) and Lori is by far the best and the most knowledgeable as her teachings go beyond just a massage... but also how to continue to manage my pain with providing me with specific exercises/stretches/hot-cold baths/etc. (I have sciatica, scoliosis, severe tendonitis, pinched nerves and a slipped disc). I will forever be LOYAL xo Thank you Lori!

The cutest store with lots of beautiful soaps and other products. Customer services was excellent! The stuff is a little pricey but so pretty I couldn’t resist.

I knew of these products from when I used to get massages from Lori and I was so happy to see her shop open. This shop is wonderful! I've tried quite a few of the soaps and love the way they lather without melting too quickly so they last a long time. We spent a couple of hours doing a bracelet and essential oil workshop here and everyone had a great time and loved the bracelets we made to take home. Lori the shop owner took time to help me find the right soap for what I needed and suggested some alternative solutions for me. I cant wait to try to bath bombs and natural deodorants she offers. Bright, clean and well laid out. I love that shes still offering massage therapy in house. What a great add on to the store. I cant wait to go back and try another workshop and stock up on more product.

I have been a client of Mark Taylor for more than 13 years. He has helped my body recover through two pregnancies, injuries, cancer treatments, surgeries and a new running habit! He has helped both of my kids work through sports injuries and always given each of us fantastic stretches and exercises to do at home to continue to help our bodies heal! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist with in-depth knowledge and an excellent approach to returning your body to its best ability!

Lori is absolutely amazing. I love all of the products from the essential oils to their gorgeous candles. The customer service is always above and beyond. Definitely check them out.

I love the essential oils!, my favorite is the sweet energy one, gives such a nice soothing smell in the office and at home. The natural soaps are excellent, helped me with relieving some dryness and itchiness on my arms.I am happy and love the products. Thank you <3

Lala soaps are by far the best soap I have ever used!! They smell amazing and leave your skin so soft. The essential oils are to die for!!

Absolutely love going into the shop and smelling the wonderful aroma and seeing the smiling faces of the Taylors and associates. My go-to place for soap (bar and liquid). Some of my other favourite products are the Muscle Recovery, Bent Outta Shape, the lavender sanitizer, and the candles

Lori & Mark at the Lala Soap Company are truly one of a kind. We love all their products starting with the carefully curated diffuser oils & scents which elevates every room in our office work space. (It should be a business expense :))) They also have made custom gift baskets to pamper our clients & when I need my children entertained they have done a fun bath bomb making class which my kids loved.
