My husband and I both have insurance which they had the info for which we still had to advance pay almost $800. We then confirmed the amount of coverage and presented the approved insurance amounts and the receptionist confirmed we are only responsible for just over $200. They have our money for almost 2 months and now that he has received his misaligned dentures we still have to wait for a refund. The receptionist has waited to get a signed piece of paper from me to submit the paperwork to my husband's insurance, wait for a response from them to then submit my then wait for both to send cheques all before then send us a refund cheque. They receptionist said she can't refund through the debit machine even though that's how we paid. She said she would loose her job. Needless to say we will not be returning to this provider and will pass the word
