Amazing store! Friendly staff! Had to exchange headlights as they didn't fit, shout out to Kirk, he was awesome. Refund was painless. When the lights still didn't fit, I went back to the store the next day he looked at my truck lights and reassessed the situation. Very accommodating, will be coming back. THANK YOU!!

this review doesn’t have to do with the store just about your amazing employees. first big snowfall today. i have a little nissa versa that got stuck. i’m a 18 year old girl who can’t do much when it comes to cars. people were honking at me when there was nothing i could do. finally 2 lordco employees helped push my car. i couldn’t be more thankful for them!

Was in the store today for no more then ten minutes and managed to witness someone stealing, watched Katelyn (a cashier) disregard customers and other staff who seemed like they were in training. I am one of those customers! I called in to speak with the manager and was again ignored. So to the manager Courtney get Katelyn a bigger shirt she and the world will appreciate it train your staff better and clean up the bleach bottles chilling around the store and feel free to call me back to discuss this you have my number

Great atmosphere in the store, friendly and helpful staff, store was clean and Kirk helped me. Kirk was absolutely top notch. Price is much of a muchness with motor factors, and we are Lordco account holders, but...customer service....so important, and often overlooked. This store is clearly well managed, Kirk was an absolute diamond, and the other staff there were helpful and friendly.

So many fanboy 5 star reviews (including narcissist's that post photos that have NOTHING to do with their review) It's hard to tell that this is the MOST EXPENSIVE place to buy!! Keep scrolling to find the REAL reviews that don't rate them so high...Checked a few items....were anywhere from 50% to 100% over retail. Indeed I don't have a business account and that's where they start offering discounts but prices are wayyy overlisted and then offering 'a discount' is misleading.Also, most of the staff are clueless placeholders...was told that they 'don't carry tools' at this location and of course I knew that wasnt true so I challenged them on that statement. Next response is 'well, we have some...but not many'...that was somehow supposed to be an answer when I asked if they had access to a particular tool.Was just easier to go to the competitior and get an answer/realistic price the first time...

Not too far out of the way from where I am. Has the best prices on a few things I needed after phoning around to compare. Definitely be back when I need to.

Employee's are everything .... and I just had to take the time to say how fortunate Lordco is to have a manager like (Courtney at the 3120 27 St NE, Calgary location).Company's can be built on people like this and shows how progressive Lordco Human Resources is.Courtney, you have an incredible future ahead of you!

Amazing service here at Lordco. Hunter was very professional and very helpful locating a part that no other Parts Source had, even got the South location to transfer the part over and saved me the drive. The best customer service I’ve ever encountered, she really deserves a massive raise!!! Thank you Hunter!!!!

I know nothing about cars so when I called I got the nicest gentleman who helped me find parts for my vehicle. If anyone is coming up to this store I would recommend seeing Tony. He was super helpful and patience with me. It's nice to have great customer service like this :D
