I booked last minute (same day) when there were still multiple spots left then needed to cancel not long after and was still charged for the cancellation fee. I have been to many other medical spas that handled this better and did not charge a fee. I would have understood if they were busy and had people waiting for spots but just seemed like a money grab.

Ellie is amazing! I have had my lips done by her twice. First time was more natural, which she nailed. Second time was more excentuated, which she nailed. Going for a third time in a couple weeks and I am beyond excited! She always does a fabulous job. She's professional and the spa is clean and beautifully decorated.

Very friendly, very honest. Elle is amazing!!! She honestly cares about her clients and will tell you yes or no. Answers all your questions and walks through all treatments. I give a 5 star rating !! Just a fabulous atmosphere.
