It depends on who you get. Sometimes excellent quality but the past few times I went I got the same lady and left with polish all over my fingers on the skin. Left feeling unhappy but I didn't say anything

Love this place. I've never been unhappy with my acrylic set or fill, or a pedicure. The staff are friendly and competent. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area.But my favourite thing about this place is how QUIET it is. They don't have TVs, they just have soft modern R&B playing at all times. The employees take my cues for conversation, meaning that we don't really talk much for the entire time I'm getting my nails done, but they're great at some easy conversation with other patrons who like to talk more.THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME. I get overwhelmed easily, so a lot of background noise is hard. Chichi is a lovely oasis.

i showed a photo of the coffin nails i wanted and asked for it a tiny bit shorter. when she showed me the length of the pinky nail, it looked perfect but then she cut all my other nails way shorter than she said. i was going to ask for her to fix all the nails since they were all shorter than i’d asked for but i knew that would be a pain in the bum so i only asked for her to fix my thumbs cuz they were so short, it made my thumbs look really stumpy. she very reluctantly added more acrylic to the tips as opposed to doing it properly and redoing the whole nail. then i asked for her to simply file one side of another nail to straighten it up because it was extremely crooked and she argued and tried to tell me it was already straight until her supervisor told her to fix it. i swear i’m not usually one to complain but i paid $68 for the worst nails i think i’ve ever gotten and i’m fairly upset about it. do not recommend this place!!

Talked with Linda & Danny / Dannie and they were an absolutely blast! Besides this, the best manicure I've ever recieved (pedicure was not as good as the manicure, but still okay!)

I’ve been to ChiChi nails a couple times now and I have a good experience every time I go! My acrylic nails look genuine and not chunky or messy. My nails always turn out beautiful.

I got a gel fill and it's one of the best salons I've visited in Woodstock! My nail tech was really sweet and worked quickly. Other salons always leave gaps on the edge of my nails but she didn't miss any spots. It was also about $15 cheaper than other salons I've been to. Will definitely go back.

i am an avid nail biter who has managed to keep gels on for 7 weeks, with healthy nail growth. this wouldve been my 4th fill, and i expressed i finally wanted the gel shorter to start using my real nails. appt was at 9:30, no one got started on me until 10, (and passed to 2 different girls) they decided instead of a fill i would need to get a full set and proceeded to cut off all my natural nails. 80$, 2 hrs later and 2 fingers with grinded cuticles down to the point of blood, i am not happy, not only that but I am tired of booking appointments and still waiting a half an hour to get seen, will not be returning, and will never recommend.

What a wonderful experience. I went here for my wedding nails and Tris is an amazing artist. I simply gave her an idea and she gave me the most beautiful and elegant nails. Perfect length and width ... They lasted my entire honeymoon too!The pedicure was also done with amazing attention to detail.I would highly recommend then to anyone.

This was my second time visiting ChiChi nails and spa, unpleasant experience, would not come back.Bad customer service, attitude from nail tech, not relaxing at all. They should not use word “SPA”, because it is not relaxing at all.While doing my nails, she was in and out, managing other appointments.I called and booked for hand and toe but they only did hands and said, “you have to wait, I have others waiting”??Will not come back.
