By far the worst organization to work for. Frontline workers don’t mean nothing to this company. It’s all about the people in head office pocketing the chunk of the money and paying frontline workers scrap

I received a Call from the Lady anushiya.jeyal.The Call was initially friendly, BUT what she said on the phone to me was exceptionally Rude, and Controlling.I found what she said to be extremely insulting, and I find the way she said it more of a means of telling people what to do, which is so incredibly wrong.

Great entry level position, but don't expect to build a career here. Frontline employees mean absolutely nothing to this organization.Managers barely respond to emails, (or they go completely unanswered) texts and or phone calls. The benefits are absolutely terrible and all frontline workers experience penalization while managers receive all of the applause. Communication is utterly nonexistent with this organization. Lack of accountability and disorganization. From my very first interview - I should've known what to expect - they were beyond incompetent.Losing important documents and or not taking accountability for accepting documents on behalf of other employees.Avoid at all cause and or bid your 1 year for experience and leave. This is not a reputable organization and all upper management staff refuse to practice clear communication and accountability for any of their negligence.

An amazing organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. The staff and management team do great work in supporting individuals to reach their goals and live a healthy, meaningful life.

Fabulous organization with excellent workers who provide tools and support for clients to self advocate. Clients are able to become empowered and develop more awareness of supports and services in the community.

absolutely terrible service here from the so called workers" they let my partner be homeless and dropped him like he was nothing when he was going through bed bugs and being threatened with eviction the worker assumed he moved and dropped him and didn't even attempt to help him This worker kept him from necessary healthcare such as HRT because other things were more important than his mental and physical well-being."
