Shoppers Drug Mart

The pharmacy is rude and ridiculous waiting hours waited an hour for perception they had sent to them they informed me was a problem but did nothing on their end other pharmacy stated their was no problem. Had caused arguments with me and other customers infront of children I my self will never go back to that location .

I’ve tried to be patient when this pharmacy took new ownership. However this pharmacy went from 5star to 1star very quickly. They never have enough staff. No one answers the phones. There are a few good employees but the change in ownership and I’m assuming management has made this department a big thumbs down! Do not recommend.

I came to my regular shoppers this morning to cash some lotto tickets that have been piling up. Approx 40 tickets, all scanned winners and signed. The lady at the cash was SO RUDE! First telling me she wont scan them unless i already have scanned them at the self scanner. Then telling me that she was too busy to scan them (there was hardly anyone in the store). Then reluctantly starting to scan them well telling me that if a customer comes for help that she'll stop helping me to help them.THATS PART OF YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!! There were very few customers in the store.I told her to just give me my tickets back and I'll go elsewhere and got even more attitude.I told her to lose the attitude to which she responded NO"I then had a few choice words for her as I walked out of the store.It seems as though the employees feel that just because there is self checkout now that they don't have to help customers anymore. This is pathetic"

Things are easy to find, never had an issue at this location and the staff are friendly. A quick in and out is achievable.

Staff finally made eye contact after waiting to check on rx. Hospital faxed Rx but not received. Pharmacy debated genuineness of RX from Markham Stouville Hospital. Pharmacy stated post op meds would be ready in ONE hour.Guess it is time to find another pharmacy

I save nearly 50% on hair products. Just saved $6 on their on sale dr showls shoe inserts.Everything is cheaper on amazon. And amazon has to ship it.These guys are ripping off elderly and people that do not have access to online retailers. Stay away.

One of my favourite shoppers location .Located close to Jysk and Techville.Lot of parking space and the location is well maintained.Lot of clean aisles , well stocked and priced products.Staff are really friendly. The pharmacists are amazing and they smile( which I usually don’t see on many places ) .Not much wait times at the cash checkout lanes .

Discovered today this store changes their prices in the middle of the afternoon. Sometime between 1:30pm and 8pm when I returned for something I forgot I noticed an item I didn't buy earlier because of the price had been reduced and was now sold out. Prices shouldn't change by the hour. Not cool!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I arrived at the perfume counter at 10:20 am today on Feb 28 2023 with marjorie, who was working at the perfume counter, was not only rude and condescending, but also completely unhelpful. Upon entering the perfume area i was immediately met with a condescending and rude attitude from her. She did the bare minimum by asking if I needed help" and did so with a very rude and unwelcoming tone from the other end of the perfume area

I was looking for some rosemary oil and this lovely lady named V she helped me find it she went back and forth checking everywhere she was determined to find it and she did there was only one bottle left she also promised to place an order so next time I look for it it would be there very professional I own my retail business and I wish I had people like her working for me
