Craig went above and beyond to get my carpets clean. A plastic floor covering used during remodeling left a sticky adhesive residue on the carpet. Craig knew just what to apply and my carpets are great now. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend Mac's Steamer Carpet Cleaner.

Super friendly and professional to work with. I have 9 dogs (including a puppy) , 3 cats and the carpets hasn't been cleaned in 2 years. After an hour with Mac's they look and smell great. He even offered some tricks on tiny repairs and stain removal

Mac's cleaned the carpets in our new house before we moved in and they look so much better now. There was a very visible stain in one of the bedrooms that is now almost invisible. The price is also great compared to Stanley Steemer. I highly recommend!

Craig was very professional and knowledgeable about my upholstery fabric and knew exactly what to do to care for it. When he left my furniture looked almost new again and my home was fresh smelling without any left over dog odor. I plan to use him for all of my upholstery cleaning needs.

This company showed up on an emergency basis, we needed them literally the next day, and they not only showed up but did an outstanding job. Craig is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained his work, and let us know that if something wasn’t right that he would come back to correct it. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
