Not the best selection of kids shoes. And hard to find my size (between an 8 and a 9). Always stacks and stacks of 6s and 10s, but that's like every other shoe store, isn't it.Prices aren't bad. Staff has been very helpful the few times I've been. Not a big fan of the mall hours.

Strolled around the city for shoe store and found this gem. Staffs were pretty friendly and genuine. They helped me out to find a perfect shoe with very less time which I really appreciate. Kind and personalized service from the lady at the front. I would highly recommend this store for anyone who lives around the neighbourhood. Cheers!!!

The sales associate who was helping me was very kind and patient and new. The woman at the desk spoke sharply to the new sales associate helping me and she also spoke to me in the same way. She was explaining the same thing over and over and was escalating in her impatience. We needed a simple answer and she didn’t provide it. I found her hostile when i asked her let me paraphrase what i understood her to say. She was hostile to a customer and was demeaning to staff.

Found a pair but not available in my size so I asked to order. They wanted me to pay at the time of order. Fine. I paid. Then couple days later my order was cancelled due to no stock but doesn't issue a refund. Contacted customer service and was told I have to visit the store for refund. So inconvenient to drive just for a refund when it was paid by cc. Why not ask customers to pay at the pick up if these things happen?? Plus so not customer service oriented to not inform how the refund is processed. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't have got the refund?? So lame. Not shopping at some warehouse ever again!!

The store has good variety. If you have kids, it will be a good place to go. The prices are fair. It is not a expensive store or fancy, very simple and clean. The personnel sometimes is a little bit not nice, but most of them are very nice.If you are looking for sessional shoes for your kids, just go you will find something.

Rhea helped me stack my coupons which they weren’t able to find in the system, which exemplifies their customer focus. She was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. Both Rhea and Asia made my shopping experience less stressful. It’s hard shopping with a baby in tow. The shoe company employees are kind, helpful and friendly.

They are very bad company and disrespectful.I went to the store in the Lougheed mall on December 19th, I ordered shoes and I paid. The girl who was helping me said it will deliver to your home before Christmas day. Because I told her I needed it before.Nothing arrived. I called them on the 28th they said it is on the way. A week later nothing happened. I went to the store in Lougheed mall to ask about it. They said we no nothing about the item because it is with the delivery company.A week later as today is Jan 7th. I got an email from the company that said the item is no longer available in stock and they asked me to go to the store to do a refund.I spend many hours driving to the store and spend my time calling them and all this cost then finally I have to drive again to get my money back because they sell it to someone else or any other reason.This is disrespectful and not professional at all.Not recommend anyone to buy from this company

I ordered a pair of shoes online from this place because the ones in store looked used - as if they were returns or on consignment. So I patiently wait about 5 days for these to show up: another dirty, used pair of shoes. What is going on here? Will be returning these used nasty shoes. Avoid this place. Super shady.

This is a very shady company. Do not buy anything from these swindlers online. I ordered some ugg ultra minis from here in black friday because they were on backorder everywhere else and they said I would get them in three days and that they were in stock.They sold way more than they had online and when i called admitted there was no way they could hope to fill the order because they had hundreds of orders and only 15 pairs in Canada. Not only did they not have them, they could not even offer a prediction when they might be in. I asked why they were taking orders that they did not have stock for and she said thays how they do it, they just take all the orders they can get even though they know they do not have the stock to fill the orders. So heads up, their policy is to take your money even though they know they will not be able to provide the product in a timely manner or at all.They charged my card a second time before they had returned the hold they initally placed on my account so I had paid twice and recieved nothing. So not only did i not recieve a present for my daughter for Christmas but I was also out over $300 right before the holiday. I called again and asked them to fix their error, but once again they said it was their policy to charge your card again before the hold was taken off, and they could not explain to me why they would do something so shady even though they talked for soooo long. I cancelled the order. It took forever to recieve a refund, so long that I just called my bank and they got the money back for me. I will never order from here again.
