Had a terrible experience, was uncomfortable and felt out of place the sales person was rude and had to call for some other parts and was snobby. Did not order a special part. Had asked if they had something told me there was and then they didn't said they were getting some in. It took so long that I had sold what it was for and then he was mad when I told him and he hung up. So then Rob was rude and upset about something he originally said he had. To there reply they left me they told us they were ordering some so I didn't even realize it was considered a custom order so sorry for your inconvenience still doesn't give anyone the right to miss treat people.

I was reading reviews of local Ferris dealers, as I needed to have mine receive a couple repairs. I don't know anything about any of the local companies. This mower was a gift from my brother, but he lives near Cortland and I wanted a local company. I opted for Great Lakes, solely based on the reviews and location (I live in Macedon). Each time I have been on the phone with Shannon, she is calm, professional, understanding, non-judgmental, and couldn't be more helpful. The repair is what I'd expect. You won't be disappointed!

Super great service! Bought a new kiote, CK 35 SE had an issue with safety switch in seat. Called and had tech at our house same day! And service manager was awesome! Highly recommended! Sam Sherman & Amber Hicks five star all day!!

Very professional. Bought Lane Shark and Grapple for my Kubota. They discovered my 3rd function (never used) had failed electronically. They promptly replaced the part and even manufactured a part to get my implement's to function. The entire team was pro!

We purchased a Gravely Zero Turn from Great Lakes and it cut our mowing time in half! Since then, they have been amazing in regards to their seasonal maintenance plans. They are prompt, friendly, professional, they offer pick up and delivery, and their prices are fair. We will continue to use them to take care of our equipment and recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. If you are thinking of doing business with them, you can't go wrong!

October 2019 bought a brand new Kioti CK2510 HST Tractor w/ Loader from GreatLakes. I have to say this is the perfect setup for managing a few properties. Rob is the go-to guy at the shop. He was extremely helpful and made this new purchase process super easy. 5 stars out of 5 for the Kioti brand and 6 stars out of 5 (Bonus points) for working with GreatLakes Equipment. Can't be happier!
