Then when it was time to pick up my MINI, Allen Lee took the time to walk me through all of the Countryman’s features and answer any questions I had. I been driving Honda's my whole life. Nine to be exact. Now it was time to look into our dream car.From the first email to Brandon Moe then the meet and greet, test drive and question period, where all meet with high standards.We then meet the next team player Jason Kwan. Jason sat with us and explain in detail, step by step the process and options for the new Mini.No hassle approach.Anne and I then picked the Mini up, and meet with Michelle Ferguson to close the deal as Brandon was off.Michelle asked if we had and questions, shared stories and went through everything in detail.The pleasant surprise my wife and I had, was they took us to the back to see the car and it was all set up with red carpet and bow.We then was introduced to Yasin Yigit. Yasin walked us through each part of our new car and explained in detail all features ect.Seen this before , but thought it was only for brand new cars.Very classy way to welcome us to the family.Thank you for the passionate work ethics and high standards. Just picked up my second Mini Countryman from Mini Durham. I started with Michelle F who was awesome. She walked me through the difference in the two models and helped me pick the one right for me. She explained how the trade in would work and answered all my questions.Next was Jason K who quickly got me through the financing and explained everything he would need to make sure I could pick up car in a couple of days.When I went to pick up, Michelle was there to meet me and was almost as excited as me. Chris than took me through all the features and was very patient when he had to repeat himself to make sure I got it!All in all a great bunch and made it a wonderful experience and I am having a lot of fun driving my new car.

We bought a Mini Cooper countryman for our mom. Nothing but class. Everyone is very friendly. The lounge areas are comfortable with a full service automated coffee maker. My mother is very happy to own a mini countryman all4 S model. Awesome car

It was an amazing first time experience Michelle and the rest of the team were awesome! Big red bow and carpet was awaiting me when I pick up my new Mini ❤️. They took time to explain all the wonderful features of my new car this was a big change for me from a Jeep to a Mini and it was easy and seamless because of this team.
