This was a slightly more fancy option that I though at first by looking the website. The food was great and we also ordered a very good bottle of Canadian red wine. This was a very nice way to end our vacation trip.

The food is great, we had the brand new menu when we come here. Considerable service, free parking at impart if ask for a parking pass. The table is not so clean when we had a big group dinning in.

This place is on my top 5 dining experiences of all. Excellent service. They had welcoming warm energy. Our server (in the picture) made our night quite enjoyable while also being incredibly knowledgeable about food and wine choices.We had the dine out menu which included the Rib, Mushroom and Onion tart and an ice cream. I had to force myself to slow my pace to savour each bite.Incredibly tasty! Highly recommend!

Great dining experience. Went there for lunch to celebrate a birthday. We ordered the steak frites and the brunch dish (can’t remember the name). The food was nicely plated and quite filling despite the place looking a bit sparse in the photos. The chimichurri sauce tasted a bit more like pesto as it lacked the brightness/ spice that I’m used to, but that’s just preference. Everything else was delicious.The server and manager were so friendly and accommodating (he remade a drink for my friend). Also got drinks comped, which was a nice and unexpected treat from the manager.The ambiance is really good for small and large groups. I like how spacious the restaurant is and the music isn’t too loud so you can actually have a conversation while you eat! I’d recommend if you’re in the area.

Our server was amazing. Food, for the most part, was pretty good. Wine bottles were a decent price. Atmosphere.. eeeh.. nothing special.Prime rib pasta and steak were goodCrab tortellini was not my favorite, wouldn't do that again, calamari was ok and lamb shank wasn't my favorite, but my sister liked it

Had an incredible night at the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and attentive. What stood out the most through was the quality of the food and how delicious the dishes were.The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection with a light crispiness on the outside and a perfect tender pink at the centre. That, mixed in with the lamb sauce / garlic purée and the maitake mushroom & deep fried potato ball on the dish as sides…. so so good.The appetizers were Wagyu Carpaccio and a Ricotta Ravioli. Again, super delicious. The past was so delicate and fresh and the carpaccio was really AAA quality.Would definitely recommend.

We went to try the dine out experience and oh boy this place has exceeded all our expectations and culinary dreams !The food hit all right spots, presentation , creativity and taste.The wine pairings were also brilliant and very well thought off.Now to the crown jewel , the staff (Alessandro and Lana) were the kindest warmest most welcoming accomedating individuals I've ever encountered in the hospitality business.It was a full and rich experience dining rather than just food"

Came here with a few friends to celebrate my birthday! We ordered bone marrow, caesar salad, rotollo alla bolognese and butchers block!Bone Marrow: the sourdough bread was really good with their tomato spread. Spread was nice and light, went really well with the bone marrow and a bit of salt.Rotollo: pasta was alright, but felt it was too soft.Butchers block: it was nice to be able to try different types of meat, though I suggest they have some kind of labels or something to tell customers which is which.I felt kind of sick after leaving the restaurant and ending up vomiting. Overall though, the enjoyment was short lived.

C|PRIME Modern Italian Steak and Wine
Judy is a very warm and welcoming server. We squeezed in for a food.order just before last call (Google has later hours than actual hours). We orgered the wagyu special and the beef pasta dish. We could feel the quality of the homemade pasta. Hats off to the chefs and Judy. The music was just a little too low and we were also sat beside a table of 5 very loud and excited women.

We had reservations at C|Prime to celebrate a birthday, and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the food delicious, but the service is some of the best we've ever experienced in Vancouver (not an exaggeration).C|Prime had a lovely set menu for the evening, which offered an appetizer, main, and dessert for a really reasonable price. Highly recommended. Be sure to ask what their daily offerings are as well, as we had a delicious baked brie, served with freshly baked bread, that we loved.The staff even brought out birthday dessert with a song, which is really sweet and very unexpected. Great wine list as well, and delicious cocktails.The restaurant is a little bit hidden away inside of the Century Plaza Hotel, but it adds to the ambience because you'll feel like you've discovered something special after popping in for dinner at C|Prime.Thanks for the lovely evening! Can't wait to stop in again.
