Have to agree with last review been there since 2009. My daughters car came home this time from a regular maintenance with scrape on the side. As well a corroded battery missed. Tried to get support for these but no ownership taken.

Sure has changed for the worst, since we started with them in 1984. We used too know all the staff by name and they new ours. Now, since the pandemic, the place has changed for the worst. The best boss of the service area, Gary, was replaced by a person who didn't seem to know what he was doing, to the point of driving me and several other Toyota owners to other dealers. Sad after all these years.
