As a Celebrant/Officiant who has worked with The Juliens I can say they are among the best I’ve worked with. They are pleasant, professional and do great work. When I’ve had clients who’ve had to make sudden wedding changes the Juliens have saved the day!

We can't say enough great things about The Julien's.! We were so happy to find a photography team that was easy to work with and made taking photos fun. We had a winter wedding planned and were attracted to the vibrant color in their photos. Steve and Courtney did both our wedding and engagement photos and made both experiences great. Not only do they take amazing photos, they are fantastic to work with. They were the life of the party at our wedding, wrangled our family with ease for formal shots, came up with alternative locations when our wedding venue wouldn't work, and made us feel at ease and comfortable through the whole process. When we look at our photos we are overwhelmed by the moments they captured- from the first moments seeing each other that day, our emotions during the ceremony, and our pure joy and happiness throughout- they caught them all!

After months of searching for the best reviewed photographers on Vancouver Island, we found the Julien’s. Since we live in Vancouver, we weren’t able to meet them right away, so we scheduled a call. It was important for us to find someone who we felt comfortable standing in front of the camera with since neither of us feel very relaxed doing so. After our initial phone call, my husband and I were sure that the Julien’s would be the perfect photographers for us. They both have a special sense of calm and enthusiasm that really helped us loosen up, but also made us feel excited about being photographed. Not only do they have the perfect personalities for a wedding photographer, but they are also very professional, reliable, and organized – all very important qualities in this profession!We recently received our pictures and couldn’t be happier. They are absolutely amazing and they captured the entire day! We can relive our special moments again and again. This was the best investment we could have made and we are so grateful we found two incredibly talented individuals. Thank you, Steve and Courtney, for the best wedding photography experience that we could have ever imagined!!!

Can't say enough great things about Courtney and Steve, and how special they made our wedding day. As a team, and as individuals, they are incredible, and their organization and creativity added so much to our wedding and made it less stressful on us, as they professionally organized multiple family members (I have 10 people in my immediate family alone) for photos and took the lead. The Juliens shot our wedding in 2014 and I finally got around to sorting out our wedding album last week, but hey, it was a great trip down memory lane.They captured the excitement and emotion of our day and worked with our request to film the ceremony, edited down to 20 min to show case all the meaningful moments.Selecting the best photographers within our budget was a priority for me and, after the research and shortlisting, I'm still very pleased we chose them, and that they agreed to be part of our special day :)
