Moore and Russell Heating & Air Conditioning

Used Moore and Russell in June 2023 for an AC disconnect / reconnect service and a system tune up. Thanks to their tech Brandon for working well with our other contractors who were changing the height of our patio and for getting the AC unit unhooked, serviced, and hooked back up all in one day. Appreciated the up front standard pricing as well! Won’t hesitate to neighbours and will use again in the future.

From the original quote, installation of my new Bosch heat pump, high efficiency furnace and tankless hot water heater to the final clean up I found the process and individualsextremely professional. I was very impressed with Mike who took my original order in person and spent nearly 3 hours explaining the pros and cons of my options before giving me a hard copy of the quote. Zac was the team leader of the installation and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team. It became obvious that he really knew what he was doing beside being a genuinely nice guy. I would highly recommend Moore and Russell for any work and will, without a doubt, use them in the future

Andrew did the a great job! He is professional and provided me valuable advise for my water heater. Davis is also helpful.Both the electronic techician, Gurvinder and Mark are nice and professional. They did a great and neat work.

Great sales and install team. Austin, Ronnit and Johnny were terrific. Austin explained all the steps of the install process we went over the options together before they got started. Johnny did a great job working out the electrical side of the job. They both explained everything well once the job was complete. The house is nice and cool on hotter days and I don’t need the cumbersome portable a/c units anymore. I took a star away because it’s been weeks and I am still waiting on paperwork to complete the rebate application.

When our furnace died in a cold snap they were here the next day with a new one for us! They helped us apply for government rebates and filled out information for our strata relating to the installation of our heat pump. Andrew and Davis, who worked on the HVAC, were very professional and made sure the install was done how and where we wanted it. Johnny and Daniel did the electrical install. My partner is an electrician and he was really impressed with their knowledge and abilities. I recommend Moore and Russell for your heating and water pump needs.

Their services , from sales , inspection and installation are very professional. Jordon, from sale department discussed our needs and gave us the reasonable price. Then the Installation technician , Ervin and John, other team members arrived on time on the installation day. They checked the site and did the job efficiently . Everything is organized and clean. I am happy with their work!

Fraser and his team gave us stellar service with the installation of our air conditioning units. Great serivces! Our journey starts with Ben from the sales department. He help us find the perfect product that siuts our needs and gave us the reasonable price. He even helped us to schedule our home inspection. On the installation day. Mohammed, Sudesh , Johnny and James they arrived on time .They were professional and fun to talk to. Their workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with their service and I would recommend the company to everyone who is look for upgrading their heating and cooling system.

Had Wunan, Jimmy, Fraser, Brad come out and do a complex installation of 3 wall mount HVAC units and the heat pump in an apartment where the strata only allows internal drainage. Got it done in two days, quickly, efficiently, and with minimal mess. Our radiators were also removed from the system as they are no longer needed. Installation was within two weeks of the initial assessment. Whole process was speedy.The one downside is we weren't informed how extensive the job was. Our strata's requirements meant way more duct work than planned, and wish in the initial assessment we were informed as such. All the gentlemen were great otherwise, and maybe the one downside is that because they are a larger firm you're nor going to get that 1 on 1 relationship with one trade person. Then again, we had someone knowledgeable always and their availability was fantastic. Will happily recommend this company to anyone.
