It was an outstanding experience dealing with Sam the owner and his team of sales staff and installers. As soon as I met Sam and the staff I knew I was at the right place and had found a trusted flooring company. Sam's entire team are super friendly and his installer's work was immaculate. I had the entire flooring replaced in my Waterloo townhome with Vinyl Plank flooring including the kitchen, bathrooms and stairs. The installers Dave and his son Yunus did a masterful job especially on the stairs which was tricky and time consuming. The store has a wide selection of products and the pricing for materials and installation was very reasonable for sure. To top it off I needed the entire interior of the townhome painted so Sam referred me to the trusted painting team of Abdul and Kadir whom I met at the store. They are built from the same cloth as Sam as his team. Incredibly nice and very thorough. Even better, the store's sales rep Ha Tran helped me choose the interior paint colour which was a perfect match with the vinyl flooring. Thank you so much Ha. Advanced Flooring was one-stop shopping for me. I highly recommend them hands down!

Advanced flooring offers professional service, a good variety of product, excellent install team and overall are awesome to work with.We purchased their flooring for all 3 levels of our house and had their service team install two levels.Affordable and install was very quick for the install. Was making a doll house for my 3 year old daughter and needed some carpet to finish the project. In the doll house we were using all real flooring (mini tiles for the bathroom and kitchen, cut flooring to miniature size for the kitchen and living room and just needed carpet for the bed room. Walked in an explained my project and that I was looking for carpet. The staff quickly and happily found me a scrap carpet piece from the back and sent me on my way. What pleasant staff. This place had a wide selection of products from flooring to carpet to hardwood, laminate, tile, trim, baseboards, luxury vinyl, even carpet tile. The stuff looked like really high quality. We had a great experience with both Sam, the owner, and all of the installers at Advanced Flooring. Always quick to reply to emails and very accommodating when setting up installation dates. The woman working at the store was also very sweet and helpful! As for the installers, very professional and it was evident they took a lot of pride in their work. There were instances where corners could have easily been cut when laying carpet and hardwood but both times we were extremely impressed with the route they chose. Excellent service and workmanship.
