I have been going to Edna for about 20 years now for haircuts and coloring, where she always takes the time to focus and achieve a perfect result. In recent years my hair has been getting more curls and frizz, leading me to spend more time than I would prefer to style my hair. Edna, suggested applying a Magic Sleek hair straightening treatment and I'm amazed with the result! Not only does it now take less time to dry my hair, I really don't have to style it with a flat iron if I don't want to take the extra time; otherwise, all I need to do is touch it up in a few spots. I went from beginning to spend about 15 minutes on drying and styling my hair back to about five minutes, and it's also back to feeling and looking silky smooth without any frizz. I've had two of these treatments so far with the first lasting about six to nine months, so well worth it! Thank you for your suggestions, solutions, and focused styling Edna!

Aldina is absolutely amazing with hair and her personality, she was so pleasant to be around!! I had pretty blonde hair that I box dyed brown and regretted it almost immediately. She was able to make it look absolutely stunning and I love my hair again! Panache is definitely a great place with friendly staff and worth every penny! I will be back and recommend to friends and family!

I was on the hunt for a new salon after moving back home and heard great things about Panache from my sister. I quickly made an appointment and was gotten in very soon! I went to Jessica and she is just amazing! She is very friendly, welcoming and knows what she is doing! They have great products as well! I would definitely recommend this salon to all my friends!

I have been going to Panache monthly for about 2 years. My most recent experience was absolutely the worst. It started when they called to cancel my appointment because my provider no longer worked there. And they were unable to offer another appointment for a time I was available. I was told I would get a call back to figure the situation out, after the receptionist spoke with the manager. I waited weeks for a call back that I never received. I called them to check the status and was told they were going to bring someone in and I could still have my appointment date. Great, right? Well, then the night before I got a text at 9:30 PM telling me that they changed my appointment time and provider! 9:30 PM... when they were closed so I couldn't call and speak with them about it. So I show up for the appointment and was given a robe, arm pictured, that had holes all through it. The provider was 10 minutes late bringing me back. The worst facial and service I have ever had. Was supposed to be a 60 minute facial... at most it was 40 minutes. When I checked out I was asked about the service, but after telling the receptionist that it wasn't good, instead of asking what was wrong she just asked it I wanted to add gratuity and then told to have a good weekend. I expected more from them. After 2 years of monthly appointment I won't be back.

I went to a franchised salon for a haircut. I was horrified when I realized how short and bad my haircut was. I had a business trip in a few weeks and needed it fixed and fast. I called Panache and was able to get an appointment the SAME DAY! Laura asked what my morning hair routine was and how I styled it. She is a miracle worker! She has been at Panache for 11 years and it shows. Her ability to make my disaster of a haircut into something awesome just earned her a new regular customer.

I really love Panache, but I had a scheduling conflict a couple months ago and got my hair done at another salon. My hair was a mess; softly blended color turned out to be chunky, train track-like highlights. It was nothing like the photo I originally showed them. I went back to Panache and had an appointment with Leah (who I cannot say enough amazing things about), who fixed it in a couple hours and it looks absolutely perfect (and exactly like the photo I showed her). She actually came in on her day off to make sure I would be ready for a pageant in two weeks, which I really appreciate! I would recommend Panache to absolutely everyone, thank you guys so much for fixing my hair!!

She patiently listened to all my requests for a haircut and my first hair color treatment (color shine & high lights). The results are magical & tasteful! Somehow she brought back my color and natural looking high lights that my hair had years ago. I definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks again Aldina….Break a Leg in all you do!

I see Aldina, and she is amazing! She gave me bangs in 2020 and I wanted them again. Did she do a great job? Heck yes! Love her personality, her work, and I highly recommend her!

Kat is my absolute favorite hairdresser and stylist! She is the only person I will let cut my hair because she is really good at what she does and knows what I like. I have curly hair and she gives me the best advise about how to keep it healthy and make my curls pop! I have never been happier with how my hair looks and feels, thanks so much Kat!!

Edna gave me the best hair style I've ever had! I love the way it lays and moves. The color is so natural and shiny. I can't recommend Panache highly enough. It is well worth your time as so much care and attention is spent on your individual needs and the staff are all super friendly and geniluinely nice.
