Super great selection and prices! Well stocked and great staff. We love thrifting for clothes, books, kitchenware, craft tools, games, music and jewelry there. One must remember that thrift stores are not malls or retail outlet stores, so we will never expect them to be like that and anyone who knows how to thrift shop should also know this. Value Village offers a lot of savings, great products and great staff in a well lit, clean and accessible location and we are more than happy to set time aside to look through shelves and racks as any good thrifter does.

Good cheap places to shop only wish the change rooms were back so I didn't have to make 20 trips back and forth to exchange items that don't fit..

I no longer buy clothing there because of lack of fitting rooms but I always find great household items, toys, books and purses!!! Can't go wrong there. I love how close it is to home so I can just walk especially now that the weather is getting better.

There was an older guy working at the donation center where you pull your car up to give them the stuff you don't want/giving away. He was so cheerful and friendly it made my day. The store had a decent selection of things and was pretty easy to navigate.

So incredibly over priced. Not bringing back changing rooms as another revenue stream. Most people don't have time to keep going back when stuff doesn't fit, usually put in bag to donate back to Value Village. Life is busy 14 days flies by in an instant. Can never change ticket price when clearly over priced. Common sense not so common!

I could spend hours looking for stuff I didn't know I needed, whist looking for specific things, I was quite impressed with the recent changes to the layout of the store, but was once again very disappointed with a few things. A- Whoever keeps putting items (in the bags on the walls) like fragile glass/shells/crystal knickknacks, with stuff like heavy rocks, marbles, and paperweights etc. Please stop, no one wants to buy a bag of smashed things. B- Constantly seeing items with the price tag of the store it was originally sold at, for a fair price, then seeing the VV price tìag with a price way higher than original retail price when it was new!C- I don't wanna buy 8 calculators just for the one notepad/calculator/pen combo, spread those things out a bit more amongst the other similar product bags (just an example). And lastly if the owner, or corporate, or whoever knows who has an influence on the prices of stuff, tell em to look at what your customers are saying in these reviews -lower your prices!Ps. The Staff are always fantastic! And almost always find hidden treasures! Still love this place lol

Value Village is a place for treasure findings; however, I'm not too fond of this location in terms of customer service and product display. Needs more improvement on product handling and maintenance.I believe things are over priced even for this neighborhood.

Nice second hand store. From clothing to small furniture to house hold items to nic nacks to to toys to just about anything you can put in your home. Th store is well lit and clean. It is well organized. There is lots of room in the store to move around which is good due the COVID and social distancing rules. Prices are good s everything is second hand. The staff is friendly and courteous. Washroom facilities are available. The store exists because of people’s donations of used household items.

In one of my experiences, a staff member didn't clearly give me the right answer to my question about returns and refunding. They don't do refunds. It's not even an option. I directly asked one lady three times before purchasing because I was really anxious in case I didn't like an item or wasn't sure after trying it on at home (product was also sealed), had to get the manager to tell me it's not an option after I bought it and tried to return and the employee took no accountability, at first she seemed sorry then she backtracked and claimed she wouldn't have said yes we can put it back on your card when I asked at purchase. They don't even necessarily do exchanges, seasonal items are limited and not allowed to exchange.Signage for your donation centre was very confusing until someone explained it. EXIT/NO entry signs facing out towards the front and parking lot area. After over a dozen times dropping off stuff for donating, one worker finally explained it to me verbally at the door that I have to drive around in a U turn basically and it dings" for them to come out when you drive into a certain spot. I started dropping off stuff mainly on foot or parking my car in the parking lot first.Lastly

Considering the company receives all their donations for free and they have also jacked up the prices to ridiculous rates. They also have NO change room in the store to try on clothing so purchasing clothing can be a huge gamble. (No return policy strongly in effect)My experience last week was horrendous. I had just finished dropping a car full of donations off and thought it would be nice to jump inside and use my 20% off voucher that turns out to only work on purchase up to $50.00 really stupid catch. the staff member near the self check out" was very rude to both myself and my partner when we acquired how this voucher worked. Please don't support this companyYour wasting your money and valued time.Value village do better!"
