Advanced Carpet & Floors

I purchased my carpet from Home Depot in Port Coquitlam who contract out all flooring to this company. First they measured inaccurately and when they came to install didn't have enough for the 4th bedroom. There was also a defect in the carpet in the hallway. I've had to chase down Advanced Flooring weekly along with Home Depot. The service has been awful, communication poor and the staff are rude at Advanced Floors. Home Deopot customer service is slighly more polite, however both are not effective at resolving issues in a timely manner. Do not buy from Home Deopot or here you will regret it.

While the install of the carpet was good, the installers spent more time arguing and disputing having to take the carpet away than it would have taken just to deal with it. I will never use or recommend these guys due to their lazy installers.

Service very good, the hardwood floor and carpet quality are good, very fast to install , excellent experience with this store.
