Over the decades, Kim has been the go-to person for my family for various reasons. She knows her stuff, doesnt sugar coat it and tells you the wy that it is. Some law firms are only interested in how you are gonna pay them, but Kim actually listens and gives you the best advice she can. She has made herself available after hours when a family member got into some serious trouble. She is smart, knows her stuff and is a formidable opponent in court. She also doesnt like the CAS. Id trust her with my life and the lives of my kids and grandkids. I literally have. There is no other lawyer in Ottawa that I would comsider using. Mellington has been my attorney since Dec of 2014. I was an active opiate addict commiting petty theft to sustain my habit.
