MyKidz Pediatric Clinic

Dr. Natalia is so engaged with her patients and parents who are worried about their kids. She takes the time to explain what is happening, she tries to make you feel that you are in safe hands with her knowledge and care. I am glad to have her as a neurologic pediatrician for my children.

If I could rate zero star I Would, very terrible, awful and disappointing experience, just went to NE location, upon arrival receptionist asked If I filled out the registration form and I said no, she gave me a stern talk that it was sent to me prior to appointment, which was not really, it is in the website but no mention on emails. Then they did covid screening, I told them my son has runny nose and yes sometimes coughing but very rare, so they told me he is not supposed to be seen, I was asked if he had covid test done, I said yes about a month ago, and he has no other symptoms, the receptionist said it was too long ago, and the way this one particular receptionist talk was not so nice at all, she was very bossy, not at all friendly. So I walked out very mad and frustrated, I have waited for so long to get an appointment and it just turned out to be a nightmare.Yes covid is evolving but so is the covid screening supposedly, most kids this time have runny nose and a bit coughing so why would they discriminate. For me the most unacceptable experience was the way the receptionists handled the situation.They should have done their covid screening beforehand so no one’s time have been wasted.

Saw Dr Sy once, she is very nice and seems capable and knowledgeable and good with kids. Only saw her once tho and after that it was impossible to get back in at a good time. Seems she is very popular or she just doesn't work that much. I don't see much point in having her as a pediatrician if we can't see her

We went there to see Dr. Sy. She wanted us to pay for a test my child we asked to be sent to the children's hospital for the test. She told us we would have to wait 2 year's before even being seen and paying $1000 for their test is the best option for us. I told her we would wait and getvthe test at the hospital. 6 months later I called the hospital to see how long the wait was. They informed me she never even sent our request in. I complained about Dr Sy and they said I was the 3rd person that day to complain about her. I opted to get other opinions through the children's hospital turns out she never needed the $1000 test at all ( which we never got done). Because both other Drs we seen said it wasn't sleep apnea at all.

My son saw doctor here for 1.5 yrs and we decided to move. There seems to be an agenda to sell side services. We didn't feel listened to and were always guilted for not getting the sleep assessments and therapy done. The next pediatrician we moved on to next said that the tests suggested were fine to do but certainly not necessary or required. Language is a factor. She was not the best listener. The waiting area is literally like sitting in the pharmacy. Glad we moved.

I have been going to MyKidz Pediatrics for over three years now and am very happy with the care and service they give me and my two children. Dr. Sy is very knowledgeable and my children just love seeing her every time we go for a checkup.

Awful. First Visit she wouldn't stop talking about speech therapy for our 2 year old. We told her numerous times we weren't concerned, but she wouldn't drop it. Second time, we were booked for a Friday appointment in quarry park, only to learn upon arrival that she isnt there on Fridays, and the appointment is in the North East.

Took me 5 times (over one month) to finally get a hold of them after leaving multiple voice messages and emails to make an appointment with them that is now two months away...
