Hill Park Recreation Centre
It’s good, me and a few of my friends go and play basketball there quite often and it’s great the staff are mostly very kind(with a few exceptions lol) but overall very niceP.S: it’s kind of eerie in the parts with no people that are the abandoned.

This place is kinda old school, the floor of the pool near the edges is yellow! Overall the place is very old and you feel like you are taken back in time lol! But given that the water in the pool is clean, it’s mostly less crowded and the life guards/ coaches are super friendly and helpful I would prefer going here than to any other pool in Hamilton.

Hill Park Recreation Centre
Been several years but went for swimming lessons as a little girl in the mid-late 1980s-early 1990s. Later went for school swims and the occasional swim with a friend. May return someday! The surrounding area is nice for dog walking.

Pool was nice and warm but this is 2014 and this place still doesn't have lockers. Only baskets where the person sitting in the adjacent room where the baskets are kept could easily go through people's stuff and steal stuff like phones, etc. There are better places for swimming.

I love this pool but its VERY cold! It was under maintenance for 3 months and nothing seems to have been fixed or updated. Pool was chilly and made for an excruciating hour, which sucks because I LOVE swimming (and I need to for my health).Maybe just crank the heat a little bit? I'm not asking for it to be a hot tub I just don't want to shiver after 10 minutes.The staff are awesome, always friendly and cool.

Hill Park Recreation Centre
Change Rooms are huge, and cleaner than most public recreation centres. Front counter staff was courteous and helpful. Life Guards were present, and polite. Pool is clean and not usually busy. Nice to do some lanes after work, all and all pretty decent, older building, but exceptional pool for lanes.

The coach for swimming was great.The pool was cold.One parent is allowed in.Changing facilities are now open.
