dont recommend the Ian Toms team, they do whatever it takes to close the deal of the lease without looking into the details. So take ownership of your own lease and at least double check the term with a trusted one.

Easy to communicate, always on the ball, and so highly knowledgeable in lease negotiations. Only wished I discovered her sooner when I did my previous lease renewal years ago.
