Initially I was sceptical about receiving frequency therapies however, massage therapy just wasn’t cutting it for me. It feels great, but it does not last.I’ve been suffering from two slipped discs in my spine and a lot of sciatica pain. In-Charge therapy was referred to me by a friend who swore by it. After my initial visit I learned so much about what they have to offer and the options I had available to me that would help me not only feel better, but actually make a difference.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s actually looking to not only improve their pain management but to maintain their improvements by getting sessions with Ali.

Incredible treatment and experience. Ali had me use the in-house sauna to pre-warm my tissues and get really relaxed, then Ali used several combined techniques from cupping, current and her phenomenal healing hands to unlock my shoulder and neck.Booking in again!!!

I have range of motion in my arms and shoulders that I have never had my entire life. Ali has a gift in finding the precise part of your body that needs to be unlocked, and it's never where you think it will be. Ali makes it easy to trust her process, which brings with it results better than you could imagine. The best part is she cares about you as an individual! Ali was able to get results that other masseuses and physios were unable to achieve on my shoulder by combining multiple therapies. A little pain for a lot of gain.

Her impressive technique in combining developed technology with the knowledge to deliver optimum results to the patients is admirable.
