By far Denise is the best mortgage broker I've dealt with. I was in a difficult situation and Denise found a solution and delivered the same day. You could not ask for a better service and turn around time. She is very professional, polite, and understands each situation. Nicolee and Denise worked with me to find a mortgage and it was not an easy task. As a business owner during Covid, I had little stable income to show over the past few years. Denise and Nicolee are very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. They send excellent materials with videos and explanations that they have made with great information, but are careful to breakdown the process into bite-sized steps and not to overwhelm you. They take the time to get to know your personal situation and to explain all of your options to you. I never felt pressured to take out a mortgage with them before I was ready. They communicate in a timely manner and have flexible times. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Denise and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish in helping my fiance and I purchase a home for ourselves and our kiddos. She was very thorough in explaining everything from start to finish as it was our very first home purchase. She even sent us our first piece of mail which was a custom painted picture with a cute saying on it, really added her personal touch. Would really recommend her and her team as they clearly know their stuff very well.
