Great experience dealing with salesman Mike and finance guy Trevor. They got me a better finance rate then I was expecting and the approval process was a breeze. Heading from Edson to swan, belt started squealing hard. Headed in at about 11. They got me in and found the new tensioner took a rock and sheared the pin off. Had me back on the road by 2. So grateful.

I’m from out of town, my check engine came on and I asked if they had a chance to scan it to see what’s up. “Ya sure, bring it by at 9:00, we’ll quickly scan it and see what’s up”. I drop it off, and mention that it’s due for an oil change. I ask if they have time to do that as well. They tell me they do. Great! I call at 10:30 and they’re just looking at it now!! “Looks like the oil change is done already” he says, “that takes an an hour at least”. Why in the world do you book an appointment if it means nothing? I’m so sick and tired of businesses who treat you like an afterthought.........

I waited two hours for a simple oil change and battery check. It should’ve taken 45 minutes, an hour tops. They told me the reason is because they “didn’t realie I was waiting in the building” for my car to be done. Where was I gonna go? You have my car! And that shouldn’t matter in the first place. I booked an appointment with your shop. The job should’ve been started when my appointment started. Period. And when I finally did get my car back, it stunk like fish?! You will never get my service again. You don’t have any integrity.

I purchased a vehicle from Ontario over the phone with Eagle River Chrysler in Alberta through Trevor Commet and l can tell you that if your serious about buying a vehicle and you know what your looking for there is no other dealership that will serve you on the red carpet with bubbles and Champagne as Eagle River did with me. Straight to the point, no sales tactics, easy people to deal with. The owner of the dealership works directly with the sales people and managers on a daily occurrence - not some rich guy detached from his business. I saved thousands, car arrived at my door step exactly as promised. l can't ever see myself buying another FCA vehicle without at least starting off with Eagle River Chrysler as my leading purchase point in the near future. A special thanks also goes out to all the individuals who either prepared the vehicle, accounting staff crunching the numbers, managers involved with working out the purchase and the receptionist who always was a great starting voice every time i called the dealership. Too good to be true ??, give them an opportunity and see for yourself. It was an incredible experience !!!

Zero integrity and just looking to take advantage of anyone they can. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere, especially if you’re looking to trade in or sell your vehicle. Very dodgy offers here

I had several service calls for my 2017 dodge truck.Each time,the different staff would go the extra mile to explain warranties and work getting done.I got a follow up call on my air conditioner unit which still had warranty.i had purchase vehicles from many dealerships and put this one the top 10 for honesty,service and courtesy. GOOD JOB
