Was having a few issues with my email, so I went in and asked if they knew how to figure it out. Within a short time, Sam, a technician there, called me and had everything figured out within a couple of minutes. Very personable interaction and impressed by the service provided. Highly recommend if your having any computer/tech issues!

Donnie helped me pick out a computer case, seems to have good knowledge of what they sell. Prices are reasonable fairly comparable to micro computers here in town. I would say Alberta computers is more quality however. Was surprised to see premium brand cases in store though I think maybe could expand your selection. And add the price tags too ;)

Took phone because it was dropping calls. They recommended a diagnostic, which still came back inconclusive. So they sent me to telus to replace a sim card. Telus then informed me they would have done the diagnostic for free. When I called back to let them know I was unhappy and should have been at least asked or made aware, nothing was done

I took a tablet in and was told it cost so much so i paid it and when i went to pick it up after it was fixed i got charged another 30+ dollars. I wont be going back.

Bought nearly a full computer of parts, when I started to build the unit I discovered the LED cables were cut.Had a misunderstanding with the staff but was cleared up and was offered to have the case replaced even though I was no longer in Alberta.Misunderstandings happen but they did their best to come up with options to fix the situation, so Im updateing my review to reflect my experience with AB computers.Good place, helpful.
