My husband went to Body and Mind after trying everything to quit smoking. I am so happy to say he has not smoked since his appointment in January. Would highly recommend Rick's services to anyone who is struggling, well worth the money! Thank you from a wife who was beyond frustrated!

A couple of weeks ago I had my first appointment with Rick for hypnosis. With a little doubt that it could help me I thought what do I have to lose. Rick made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout this process and needless to say my appointment was a complete success! After years of trying to give up smoking I had no luck at all I could go a day maybe 2 than I was right back at it. On June 26 I decided to try Body and Mind in Windsor Ont. Of course talking to people about how they felt about going this root getting comments like , my friend did it and it did not work. I went anyway. Wow I did followed Rick & Patti Saruma every instructions and I am now smoke free for 18 days and best of all absolutely no desire to smoke. He is the only person that I trust to refer clients because he gets the job done no matter what the problem is.Why did I start referring clients to Body & Mind? I started to refer people because the Windsor Police trust him to send the worst of the worst trauma victims when no one else can help. I should have done this a long time ago. Thanks Rick, for giving my son his life back.When he was 11 he developed a serious case of Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
