If I could give a seperate review of the product/ installation 5/5!This review is regarding customer service. Nicole was abrasive. It was a busy time to build so I understood she was busy. My builder told me I needed to make an appointment, she refused to make one with me, until the builder contacted her. When reviewing over the design I was told I was over my limit by a couple hundred turns out I had $2000 credit. I never felt happy leaving Sarnia Cabinets and dreaded going to the appointments.

Waited a month for estimate. Finally after leaving messages, caught the person who came to do measuring at her desk. She promised an estimate by end of day. I said first thing Tuesday morning would be okay. Have never heard from her again. That was a week ago. Guess they don't really need new business. Considering the shoddy way I've been treated just to get a bloody estimate, I'd never let them in the door to do actual work.

We gave the company a 3 star rating for the simple fact that we'd rather a person reading this review make their own decision. We can say the custom cabinet option is great, (was our reason for using them - approx. 5 years ago) we had to have them come out a couple times after original install as there was damages that were done with install and issues with the garbage cabinet door a couple times. (for the most part all installers were pleasant/friendly) the defects were in the manufacturing (holes)The customer service is NOT the greatest - you have to forever follow up as they struggle at returning calls. 5 years ago, plus recently - (nothing changed here) we just had them install a couple drawers in our pantry and had to keep calling in on numerous occasions just to do business. (to order the drawers themselves)They do not respect the fact that people work and do not give you any notice for installation. They are guilty for letting you know they are coming the same day they contact you and could be within minutes / a couple hours. Not sure how many people can just leave their work and go home - on a drop off a dime. It's disappointing as they were even asked to give a day/two notice - which is not unreasonable.If they could make changes and improvements in the areas noted - then we'd provide a 5 star.

A sincere thanks to Sarnia Cabinets for customising and installing our kitchen. Nicole was highly responsive and creative, Sam is a rock star. We simply can't thank Sam enough for his professionalism, attention to detail and exceptional carpentry skills. The finished product looks fantastic! I will also give a shout out to Progressive Countertops for their exceptional work. Great partnership!

Sarnia Cabinets has a great selection of product to choose from. Mark P assisted in our kitchen design and was great to deal with. We had many alterations along the way as my Pinterest ideas changed frequently and he was accommodating. We chose to do a custom colour and we couldn't be happier with the combination. SAM P was the installer who did an awesome job. His attention to detail was much appreciated and I would highly recommend asking for him when you do your install. We also wanted to thank the cabinet makers who really did a wonderful job...the quality is outstanding.

The quality of the cabinets is inferior to my last kitchen. The soft close doors do not work properly and calls for service go without a valid response. We added a wet bar to the design, got it confirmed but it never came.We enquired and was told it was missed and would take about 4 more months.We declined to wait and got some off the shelf at Lowes and do not regret it. We DO NOT recommend them.

Fantastic Customer Service!Our busy office called Sarnia Cabinets Ltd and left a message the night before and to our suprise they showed up the next morning and fixed our broken drawer in record time. We are so impressed with the quick and friendly customer service. We would recommend Sarnia Cabinets Ltd to any person or business. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
