If you have any kinda issues either it’s Maintenance or appliance related or anything which needs to be done on Priority basis, then don’t think twice , please get connected either with Debbie or John ! They are the best..your problems will be resolved in no time - This is my personal experience with my unit. Had toWait for 5 long months to get my things fixed but as soon as I got connected to these two great people from Greenwin Management, my work order just got done in no time.

This apartment building is quiet and clean for the most part. The renovations they've done in the common areas have been a big improvement from the way it previously looked, including the glass balconies they've recently added. The location is central and the neighborhood is safe and tranquil. What disappoints me about this management team is the fact that they are trying to overcharge their tenants for everything. Since Greenwin has taken over, they are charging double for an apartment than they did even 5 years ago, visitor parking is now paid parking, tenant parking used to be paid with the rent and now they want to charge on top of that and as soon a someone moves out they jack the price up like crazy. This building used to be affordable, and many of the tenants are seniors on fixed incomes. This used to be a place that they could afford, now they have driven out people on low incomes to replace them with more desirable" tenants. I understand costs go up

My grandma Ruth Anne Roth lives here and we visit every Tuesday. The ladies in the lobby are so sweet! Always greets my mom and I when we come to see her. My grandma is wheelchair bound and lives on the 4th floor, I find that it's wonderful for disabled! One floor bathroom and bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc. All easy for her to move around without any struggles.

Terry and I have lived here for 19 years thisJanuary and we love it. In that time we've had several superintendents all of which have been wonderful the building has maintained its look in all these years. The new owners have done a lot of upgrades and improvements in the building and it looksvery beautiful . The new balcony are absolutely gorgeous and we love sitting out there, and almost feels like you're sitting outside. We have had some interaction with the new management and maintenance staff and have nothing but good things to say about them.If there is something to suggest is about that we think we should have abit more notice to have maybe the laundry room, no water and such things and also put the notice up in the elevators.Thanks,Diny & Terry65

We have lived here for over 10 years including when balnar owned it,and John and Angela are excellent for getting things done in a timely fashion. We love the idea that Debbie is finally getting the parking situation under control. Hopefully, the 3 of them stick around for a long time. We love the idea that all 3 of them are enforcing the rules of the buildings, and can't understand why anyone would not like them. Hopefully, when greenwin sees fit, the old elevators will be replaced. We hopefully will be able to stay here for a very long time .

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Kim & Angela from Greenwin for a rental at 65 Speedvale. It's been the most professional and streamlined rental experience I've ever had! The building & unit is beautiful and well maintained. Excellent on-site amenities and very friendly and helpful staff.Huge thanks to the Greenwin team, moving can be stressful but you've all made it very easy!

if you do any type of shift work aboslutely stay away, constant renovations make it impossible to sleep over the past year and a half and they expect you to just deal with it

John, Debbie and Angela are the BEST!!! Not going to lie, when I first moved in, I doubted why I moved. Couldn’t get a hold of anybody, things seemed to be so disorganized and everybody blamed others.Then entered Angela, Debbie and John- prompt responses and actively wanting to make sure their tenants are taken care of.Their customer service exceeds what I had expected and makes up for the way things were moving in.They are personable, easy to get a hold of and super fast to fix problems or communicate what steps are being taken to get things fixed!Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!!

***Do not move here. All the one star reviews have been taken down. My partner and I pay $1800 for a newly renovated one bedroom. The paint is falling off the walls, mold all over the ceiling after 2 months of living in the unit, the water goes brown after bi weekly renovations, we had windows fall out, amenities we pay for closed since COVID, the ceiling leaks... and impossible to get ahold of management. Even when the elevator gets stuck. Truly a wonder of whats possible with a coat of paint!***
