Avoid this business at all cost. Extremely unprofessional people. They were here for less than 15 minutes, including the time to make the bill, and it had to be paid immediately.After my wife showed how to set the washer, they said it works fine. The problem is that when it is a heavy load, like 1 Pillow, it does not spin. They said just turn off the breaker for 24hrs to reset it. They could of told us on the phone.They had no problem and no remorse charging $92 for no work done.Their attitude and demeanor is very I don't care

Jeff was awesome! Had him replace a part on our washing machine, he fit us in within 24hrs, was very knowledgeable and friendly! Overall great experience and will definitely call back if anymore issues arise.

Absolutely avoid this business at all costs. He is not professional and does not want to do the work that is required to fix our appliances. Keeps telling the company covering the extra warranty that the items cannot be fixed. They can, he's just too lazy to do the work from what I can gather. Also, shame on Leon's for doing business with a shady 3rd party warranty coverage company.

Jeff was great, and kindly came the same day I called him. He told us that when he gets a call about a fridge, he tries to get it fixed the same day. I was pleased and told him that we would call him for any other repairs

Cant even install a range hood, comes tells me I need a carpenter. 2hours later I installed it myself......still charged me over 150+....please if you cant do something dont come as a professional and charge for it....

Fast repair service hands downI called the company about two months ago to get my fridge fixed they were very polite friendly and also very knowledgeable he had fix my fridge I haven't had a problem with it since anyways I was so impressed with the service unfortunately my washer had broke 2 days ago having a large family I was in a panic so I decided to call the company again because I was so impressed with the overall from last time, Jeff Appliance call me right back and came within 1 business day of the time that they said that they would be there and had my washer going and no time. I will not call any other company for now on Jeff's appliances is who I will be calling if I ever have a problem I very very highly recommend the company. I'm very gratefully appreciated for everything they have done thank you

I have nothing but good things to say about Jeff. He not only came outside of his work time but fixed my washer that I had tried to fix with YouTube for hours. He then proceeded to educate me on ways to prevent my washer from stoping to work again. Great guy too!
