We are happy with service and repairs. We got a loaner car to get home as repairs were being done. Kept in touch over the coming days. Over all happy.The best touch would have been if the truck fairy had appeared and paid the bill, Lol. But we dont have one of those.

Beware! They will trick you! Don’t believe them if they’ll tell you that you’re only going to pay this amount (nothing more, nothing less) they will definitely charge you with something or double the price you need to pay! They can manipulate numbers!

From the moment I walked in, I was dealt with professionally and courteously from the service desk to the parts counter to the sales floor to the receptionist. I haven't had service like that for years. I highly recommend this dealership for either purchasing or servicing your vehicle or buying parts or accessories for your Shiva or GM product. Chasity was my sales person. She is amazing inside and out. She texted me during weekends, out of business hours, you name it. She put up with me for three weeks to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never once felt pressured or like I was being rushed into something I didn’t want/like. Ryan, the finance manager, was also amazing to deal with. I’ll absolutely be recommending this dealership and staff.
