Dave Oswald was excellent in giving his honest opinion. I was referred to Dave to seek his advice on my email being hacked. He did not hesitate to listen to me in full and told me that I'll be wasting my time and money in pursuing the hacker. The only legal way to confirm the identity of the hacker, in my case, was through a court order and it certainly was not worthwhile as the police and court system would not give a damn about my situation given the system has limited resources and much bigger fishes to fry. I had spoken to other PI's and they wanted $1,500 to $ 2,000. Dave was very honest and gave me free advice without mentioning even once money" or "fee". I previously took a course with Dave Oswald as the speaker, and it was very insightful. Fast forward a few months and I needed his help with dealing with an impersonation fraud. Dave was gracious and extremely helpful over the phone, and helped guide us on our next steps to getting the issue resolved.
