2220 - 2290 Cambie Street - Lot #1693

Parked there, paid for 3 hours of parking. After the three hours was up, I went to pay for my car and the gate was closed. I called impark, they wouldn’t help me at all without lot number, and hung up on me while trying to get the information for them, and would not accept my call. About an hour and a half later of my calls being refused to be picked up, I finally had someone on the other line. By this time I had acquired the lot number. She told me the lot was closed by 10:00, which I was there by that time to get my car. After which she realized the lot was in fact closed at 11:00. One hour earlier than it was supposed to close. I explained how I needed my vehicle and I was working at the store, and she simply told me there’s nothing she could do and her answer wouldn’t change. I then asked for a manager to speak with or someone who had the authority to make something happen, and she refused to provide me with it. Absolutely terrible service and a terrible parking company. Never going to park at a impark lot again. They will screw you and won’t leave you with any options to deal with it.

Sad Canadian tire having impark on thier lot and grab more money from customers. 5 minutes for 80$ ticket and that's if I pay within 7 days after $90 more then city tickets. Hefty.

This is the most tragic company... issuing tickets when you're trying to pay for parking.I phoned up to dispute this further and the people on the phone said this was unfortunate and agreed with me but flat refused to do anything about it... even when it was escalated.A truly terrible business that should be regulated and controlled. Money grabbing, immoral business ethics.

This lot is NOT open 24hr like it says on the impark site and on google. Please update the site so it says accurate information about the hours of your parkadesOr make the hours clear at the pay station.
