I have been coming to this Vet for the past couple years and have never been impressed by the service. Recently I came in for an unknown lump on my Large Rottweiler’s chest. I understand that people have fear of large dogs. Even though my dog is extremely gentle and non aggressive I brought a muzzle because understandably it’s stressful for the dog and it’s better to be extra safe. The female vet clearly is incompetent with handling animals she was flinching when my dog was growling with a muzzle on and was unable to check the dogs heart beat never mind take blood. The staff that works there is great and clearly has love for animals, one of them relaxed my dog with a treat and a little bit of a gentle touch in seconds. The Vets clearly only operate this place for profit and have no care for animals. Even though the Vet did not do a single thing and maybe was in the room for less than 3-4 minutes she charged us for a check up and a prescription medication, which when we complained they did partially refund. If you have any dog that requires patience this is not the place for you. It’s sad that the staff has more animal skills than a certified Vet.

I took Forrest in for his annual check up. The veterinarian was fabulous with him he was very gentle and kind the secretaries were so amazingly friendly they were very gentle with him. I was very pleased and I left very happy. Forrest is in good health he is over 14 pounds so he’s a big boy cat. Thank you again to the wonderful people at North Park veterinary. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

the staff and Dr.s here are amazing, they treat our pups like family. we moved to Woodbridge and still drive to brampton to take them there. we know they will be treated well and we will be charged fairly. they are the inly ones we trust with out girls

First time at this vet for my new mini dachshund. Very amazing staffz and the doctor was thorough and gentle. She didn't even make any noise when getting her two month shots. Very happy :)

I have nothing But good to say about this clinic,vets and staff. Very compassionate and friendly. We were bringing our dog Spike who passed from old age, still bringing our princess cat Lola and Now new addition to the family, kitten Snoopy (aka Bobo). Everyone is very helpful and patient in each and every visit. Thank you for great work :)

Brought my aging dog in to be looked at for signs of aging and pain he seems to be suffering. Was given a pain reliever and told that he would need blood work and x-rays to be prescribed an anti inflammatory. I'm not the happiest with that. I know it's bc he needs to be monitored for any problems that might come up but she wouldn't even prescribe him anything until I agreed to the extra blood work. For what? To prescribe him exactly what I think he needs and what any other senior dogs I know have been given? Just a cash grab if you ask me.So basically cost me 120.00 for the pain med prescription. She didn't do much more than wiggle his legs and that's it. I'm so bummed my former vet retired. I will keep searching for a vet I'm comfortable with.

I can’t say enough good things about this Vet Clinic. I’ve been using them for many years. I’ve boarded my dogs here, I’ve had them check puppies for me, regular routine work, and sadly I’ve brought my very old, best friend there to say goodbye. Everyone working there is amazing! They are kind and caring. They really love the work they do. For that, I say thank you!

This is a great place to bring your pet. The vets are really nice and informative when it comes to your furry companion. They'll give their opinions but won't force anything upon you. The vet assistants are friendly and respectful.They are associated with the 24/7 emergency vet hospital on Main and Williams in Brampton.
