Great business. Have yearly services done on all my systems. Quick to respond if anything unexpected arises outside of the maintenance. Mike T is one of their great technicians, always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Fast and efficient services, despite under extreme bad weather condition, strong wind and blowing snow, professional repairman Kim Meadus climb up to the rooftop to conduct checks on 3 units for a period of time, really appreciate his efforts and care to ensure heating system back to working condition in almost 7 hours straight without food and drink. This guy must be one of the best employee for Link Climate Care!!

My furnace stop working and Link ClimateCare tech responded within hours. Problem was diagnosed and required a non-stock part. Following discussion with the service manager and due to the cost of the part and the age of the furnace we decided on replacement. Jeff Link arrived later that morning to provide a quote with a couple of options carefully explaining the differences. Work was scheduled 2 days later. Norm and Charley arrived within the committed time and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner. Norm was very patient answering all my questions about the new furnace. I would highly recommend Link ClimateCare.

Great service call for our electric furnace by technician Garrett Davis. He was on time for our scheduled annual cleaning and was courteous, friendly and informative throughout the service time. Did all required work quickly and efficiently. We've always had a great experience with Link Climate Care and would definitely recommend.

We have used Link Climate Care for many years. They installed our GeoThermal system in the early 2000’s when we switched from and oil furnace. They have always been helpful and easy to work with. Today, our system informed us that it needed service and the service repair person was booked in, arrived as expected, as always professional and fixed the issue promptly. Working with Link ClimateCare was amazing. We had 5 quotes from different geothermal installers and they weren't the cheapest or most expensive but they were definitely the best for responsiveness and customer service.Clayton was quick to provide a quote and worked with us to customize our options. Michelle was very organized and had us booked way sooner than I had thought. Mike walked us through the whole installation process and was very informative. The ground installation team they used were on time, courteous and didn't destroy anything they didn't have to. The unit installation team were great. Also on time and courteous and even swept up the inevitable dirt at our back door. Upon completion, Michelle got us our attestation form and invoice, everything we'd need for the Greener Homes Grant and Loan.The unit is working great and isn't loud at all. The air does come through with more force but the noise is minimal. Very happy with Link ClimateCare and highly recommend.Thanks!

Owner was knowledgeable and professional. Office was prompt and detailed in their communication. Price was great as Jeff offered us a great deal program on a Lennox unit. Installation team was hard working, knowledgeable, experienced. In particular, Norman seemed to know everything and the entire removal of old system with ductwork, AC/Furnace, duct re-routing and complete installation finished in 2 days. The system works perfectly. What more can anyone ask for? Highly recommend this company.

I have been dealing with Link Climate Care since 2009. Over the years, between Kim M and Mike T, they have been keeping my heating systems (furnace and gas fireplace) in great shape. They have only replaced things as necessary and are professional and personable technicians. Today Mike T came for the annual inspection and cleaning and as usual was very professional, friendly and clean. Great job - Thank you.

This was our second time having Mike T come and service our furnace and fireplaces. We are always happy with how thorough of a job he does. Our fireplaces look brand new when he is finished! He is friendly and very professional. Would recommend to all friends/family.
